At ShopZenviro, we are committed to your satisfaction and the health of our planet. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at hello@shopzenviro.ca with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or wrong item: We cover return shipping 100%
  • Change of mind returns: Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or washed
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Gift cards

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return your item and place a new order for the desired product.
